Warranty Policy

All machines sold by Watch and Puck come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This applies to both domestic models (intended for home use) and commercial models (intended for office, café, or business use).

Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures resulting from faulty materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.

What’s Not Covered

  • Cosmetic damage: Scratches, dents, stains, cracks, or discolouration
  • Damage from third-party products: Including non-approved accessories or consumables
  • Acts of nature: Fire, flood, lightning, etc.
  • Electrical issues: Caused by power surges, irregular voltage, or use with incompatible power sources
  • Misuse or unauthorised repair: Including tampering or service by unauthorised technicians
  • Normal wear and tear
  • User-related damage: Mishandling, dropping, failure to follow operating instructions
  • Usage outside of intended scope: For example, using a domestic model in a commercial setting

How to Request Warranty Support

If you encounter any issues, contact us at customerservice@watchandpuck.sg. Our team will assist with basic troubleshooting to see if the issue can be resolved without a service visit.

If the issue persists, we’ll schedule an appointment for you to bring the machine to our service centre for assessment. The issue will be evaluated to determine if it qualifies for warranty repair.

Repair Timeline

Repairs covered under warranty typically take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on spare part availability. All machines are fully tested before being returned.
