The TIMEMORE x MILLAB M01 is a premium multipurpose manual coffee grinder engineered for exceptional precision, consistency and versatility. Built from 51 individual components with an all-metal construction, the M01 combines innovative burr technology, ultra-fine adjustment and award-winning industrial design.

At its heart is the all-new 44mm Pineapple Burr, featuring an elongated 5-stage grinding design. Instead of compressing beans into a short grinding chamber, coffee is gradually processed through five stages to reduce collisions and irregular breakage, producing a tighter and more uniform particle distribution.

The Pineapple Burr provides an approximately 60mm effective cutting surface and 50% taller cutting surface compared with TIMEMORE's S2C-042-III burrs. Manufactured from SUS420 hardened stainless steel, the burrs are precision-cut using 5-axis CNC machining and hardened to 58HRC for excellent durability.

The lens-inspired external grind adjustment dial uses five all-metal components for smooth, repeatable adjustment. Each step provides just 12.5 microns (0.0125mm) of burr movement, giving you precise control across espresso, moka, pour-over and French press.

Custom-engineered P7 precision bearings provide outstanding rotational stability and help maintain precise burr alignment during grinding.

The M01 also introduces a threadless swivel-lock catch cup. With no threads or magnets, simply twist the cup into position for a secure snap-to-lock connection. The catch cup holds up to 50g and features a silicone foot for added stability.
